How we work together

A plan built around your search, not a packaged programme

Five stages, shaped by where you actually are. Some people need all of it; most need two or three.

Understand your situation

Where you are, what you've tried, and what you actually want next.

We go through the applications you have already sent, the roles you have been aiming at, and whatever feedback you did or did not get back. Most of the useful signal is already sitting in what you have done so far. It just has not been read back to you by anyone.

Identify the obstacles

Mapping the areas to improve, and being honest about which ones matter most.

Sometimes it is the CV. Sometimes it is the channel, or the level of role you are targeting, or the way the story comes out in the room. Naming the real one matters, because working hard on the wrong obstacle is how months disappear.

Build a tailored strategy

A plan that fits your field, your timeline and your circumstances here.

Which roles to go after and which to let go of, where to find them, and in what order to do things. A plan you can actually run alongside a job, a family, or a visa clock.

Work through applications and interviews

Side by side on the real applications and the real interviews, as they come.

Real vacancies, real applications, real preparation for the rounds you are invited to. We rewrite, rehearse and debrief as things happen, rather than in the abstract.

Support through the offer

All the way to the final conversation, including what the offer is really worth.

Reading the offer properly: base salary, holiday allowance, pension, the 30% ruling if it applies to you, and which parts are actually negotiable. Then the conversation itself, which is usually the part people dread most.

Next step

Start with a conversation, not a commitment.

Twenty minutes, free, no preparation needed. You tell me where you are, and I tell you honestly whether I can help.
